Payment Policy
All orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order.
All orders over $100 require a 50% deposit (minimum) before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion of the order at the time of pick up or PRIOR to shipping.
Lines of credit (net 30, etc) are not available.
FAQ
What format do you need for my artwork?
We prefer art in vector format so that we may resize it as needed without losing any of the quality. (.eps, .cdr or .ai file formats)
We can accept your image in .jpg or .bmp formats, but an art charge may apply depending on the amount of time needed to re-draw or re-create your image.
If you send us art as a .pdf there will be an art charge for the time needed to re-create the image.
How do I get my art to you?
If you only have a hard copy of the art, we can scan it for you, but an art charge may apply depending on the quality of the original.
Can you print a photograph on a t-shirt?
YES! We can print your photo on a WHITE poly high quality t-shirt. These shirts are specially made for color photo prints and have a wonderful soft cottony feel. For best results we ask that you e-mail the photo to us (info@fabrications.biz). If you only have a hard copy, we can scan the photo for you and will return the original when the order is complete.
Do I pay when I place my order, or can I pay when I pick up the order?
We require payment in full at the time of your order if the total is less than $100. If the order is greater than $100, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due at time of pick up or prior to shipment.
Is the 50% deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable if your order is cancelled before 3pm the day it is placed. After that time, the deposit cannot be refunded due to production will have already begun on your custom order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For local customers we also accept cash and check.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge Michigan state sales tax on all in-state, non-exempt orders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the decoration applied to your garments, we do not offer refunds. We can, however, provide you with a graphic mock-up of what your order will look like prior to taking that order to production. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to see the design and make any necessary changes at that time.
